Dear Parents

 

Year 5 Visit to Waitrose, Sandhurst

 

 

We will be taking the Year 5 children to visit Waitrose, Sandhurst on Tuesday 11^th March for a food awareness session.  This will involve 1 hour of cookery activities and 1 hour of a site tour.

 

We will be travelling by coach to and from the event, leaving at 12.15 pm and returning to school by 3.15 pm .  As the children will have to eat lunch early, please would you either send in a packed lunch or order one from the school kitchen. The children do not require any pocket money on this visit.

 

Please make us aware of any food allergies your child may have.

 

We request a voluntary contribution of £2.00 towards the cost of this visit and although no child will be discriminated against if a contribution is not made, we may have to cancel the trip if insufficient money is received to cover the costs.  Please return the slip below by Friday 29^th February.
