Day Trip to Fishbourne Palace

On Wednesday 13th July, Year 3 and Year 5 went to Fishbourne Palace. We left at 9:00am. We went on two big coaches, it took us about an hour and a half and everyone felt sick. I sat next to Charlie. When we got there we all got out and went to have a drink in the shade because of the long journey.
Next we went to an audio-visual room that showed us a film about Fishbourne Palace. A lady had to come in and fix the projector. Finally it came on and it told us about what it looked in the Roman times. When it was over we went to a different room to do some activities. The first activity I did was building a roof without any water getting in. After that we went to have some lunch, it was really nice! Then we went to the museum and the gift shop. I bought a necklace. Then we got on the coach and went back home.
